Terms of Service and Risk Disclosures

The terms governing use of this site and our services, the risks that apply to digital asset strategies, and our regulatory status.

Effective date: 29 August 2026 · Last updated: 29 August 2026

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Vector Traders LLC ("VectorTraders", "we", "us") governing your access to vectortraders.com and any related services, dashboards and content (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and restricted jurisdictions

To use the Services you must:

  • be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract;
  • not be located in, incorporated in, or a resident of a country or region that is subject to comprehensive sanctions or that we restrict from time to time (currently Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba);
  • not appear on any sanctions, denied-party or similar list;
  • use the Services only for yourself, or for an entity you are authorised to bind, and only with funds you lawfully own; and
  • comply with the laws that apply to you. You are solely responsible for determining whether using the Services is lawful where you live, and for your own tax reporting.

We may refuse, suspend or close access at any time where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.

3. Your account and verification

You must give accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date. You may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. We may require identity and source-of-funds verification ("KYC/AML") at sign-up or later, and may pause deposits, withdrawals or account activity until it is complete. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. The Services and Fund Plans

VectorTraders offers fund plans ("Fund Plans") under which assets you allocate are deployed into digital-asset strategies, which may include funding-rate arbitrage, basis arbitrage and dynamic allocation. Each Fund Plan has its own name, strategy description, lock-up or term, target or indicative return range, fees and minimum amount, which are shown on the Fund Plan page and form part of these Terms when you subscribe. We may add, change, pause or close Fund Plans, and change their parameters for new subscriptions, at any time. Changes do not affect a subscription already in progress except as described in that Fund Plan's terms or where required by law or for security or compliance.

Strategy descriptions and any historical, simulated, target or indicative figures are for information only. They are not a promise or guarantee of future performance.

We do not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Nothing on the Services is a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You should consult your own advisers.

5. Deposits

  • Deposits are accepted in the cryptocurrencies we list in your dashboard from time to time, currently including USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH.
  • You must send assets only to the deposit address shown to you, on the network we specify. Assets sent to the wrong address, on an unsupported network, or in an unsupported asset may be permanently lost, and we are not liable for that loss.
  • Blockchain confirmation requirements apply. We credit your account when the deposit has the required confirmations and passes our checks.
  • We may return, hold or refuse a deposit that fails compliance screening, and may charge the network cost of a return.
  • Crypto-asset values can move sharply between the time you deposit and the time your subscription is credited. Any conversion is done at the rate and time stated in the Fund Plan terms.

6. Withdrawals

  • Manual approval. Every withdrawal request is reviewed and approved by our team. Approval is not automatic and there is no guaranteed processing time. We aim to review requests within 10 minutes, but reviews can take longer for security, compliance or liquidity reasons.
  • Lock-up and no early withdrawal. Fund Plans do not offer early withdrawal. Principal and returns become withdrawable only when the Fund Plan term ends or on another date stated in that Fund Plan's terms, unless we agree otherwise in writing at our sole discretion.
  • Withdrawal address. You must give a wallet address you control, on a supported network. We may require verification of the address, additional authentication, or a cooling-off period after you change security details or the withdrawal address.
  • Holds and refusals. We may delay or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised access, sanctions or AML concerns, a legal order, a breach of these Terms, or where required to protect other users. We will tell you why where the law permits.
  • Irreversibility. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. Once a withdrawal is sent to the address you provided, we are not responsible if it was wrong or compromised.
  • Network costs. Blockchain network fees may be deducted from your withdrawal.

7. Fees

Fees applicable to a Fund Plan, such as management, performance, deposit or withdrawal fees, are shown on the Fund Plan page before you subscribe. We may change fees for future subscriptions with prior notice. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your activity.

8. Risk disclosure

Digital-asset investing carries a high risk of loss, including the loss of your entire allocation. By using the Services you acknowledge and accept that:

  • No guarantee of returns. Any return shown is a target or estimate, not a promise. Returns can be lower than expected, zero or negative.
  • Strategy risk. Funding-rate and basis arbitrage depend on market conditions. Funding rates can turn negative or vanish, spreads can close, and hedges can fail or slip during volatile periods.
  • Counterparty and platform risk. Assets may be held with or traded on third-party exchanges, custodians and protocols that can suffer insolvency, hacks, outages, withdrawal freezes or regulatory action.
  • Liquidation and execution risk. Leveraged or hedged positions can be liquidated, and orders may execute at worse prices than expected.
  • Market and stablecoin risk. Crypto prices are highly volatile, and stablecoins such as USDT and USDC can lose their peg.
  • Technology and security risk. Smart-contract bugs, network congestion, forks, software errors and cyber-attacks can cause delay or loss.
  • Regulatory and tax risk. Laws on digital assets are changing and may limit or end the Services or change your tax position.
  • Liquidity and lock-up risk. Because Fund Plans have no early withdrawal, you may be unable to access your assets during the term, even in a falling market.

Only allocate assets you can afford to lose. You confirm you have read this section and understand the risks.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity;
  • provide false, misleading or someone else's identity information, or open accounts to circumvent limits or bans;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
  • use bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Services without written permission, or reverse engineer any part of them;
  • exploit errors or bugs for gain, or manipulate any market, price or reward mechanism; or
  • use the Services to infringe anyone's rights or to harass or defraud others.

10. Intellectual property

The Services, including the VectorTraders name, logo, website, dashboards, text, software and design, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes under these Terms. You keep ownership of content you submit, and grant us a licence to use it as needed to operate and improve the Services. Feedback you give us may be used without obligation to you.

The Services may link to or rely on third-party sites, wallets, blockchains, exchanges and tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or actions.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that any Fund Plan will meet its target, that the Services will be secure, or that any content is complete or current.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, however caused;
  • we are not liable for losses arising from market movements, strategy performance, third-party or counterparty failure, blockchain events, force majeure, or your own errors (such as sending assets to a wrong address); and
  • our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VectorTraders, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of law or third-party rights, or your misuse of the Services.

15. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time, subject to any lock-up in an active Fund Plan. We may suspend or terminate your access, or restrict any Fund Plan or transaction, immediately and without notice where we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, where required by law or a regulator, or to protect the Services or other users. On termination, funds that are not subject to a legal hold will be returned to you at the end of any applicable term, less applicable fees and network costs, after completing our checks. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.  To the extent the law allows, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective or representative action. Consumers who have mandatory local rights keep them.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give you reasonable prior notice by email or on the Services. If you do not agree to the changes, stop using the Services and close your account; continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

18. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the applicable Fund Plan terms, are the entire agreement between you and us on their subject and replace earlier understandings. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or a successor. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to you may be given by email or through the Services, and notices to us must be sent to the address below.
