Funding Rate Arbitrage,Run as a Market-Neutral Fund

We hold offsetting spot and perpetual positions so that price direction is neutralised, and collect the funding payments that longs pay shorts across major perpetual futures markets. Target yield comes from spread capture, not from a view on the market. Returns vary with live funding conditions.

What Is Funding Rate Arbitrage?

Funding rate arbitrage is a market-neutral strategy that earns the periodic funding payment exchanged between long and short holders of perpetual futures contracts. Because a perpetual contract has no expiry, exchanges use a funding rate to keep its price tethered to spot. When the perpetual trades above spot, longs pay shorts; when it trades below, shorts pay longs. By holding spot and shorting the perpetual in equal size, a position collects that payment while remaining insensitive to whether the underlying asset rises or falls. The return comes from the spread between the two instruments, not from the direction of the market.

Strategy overview

Delta-Neutral Positioning: Removing Directional Risk

We hold equal and opposite spot and perpetual positions, eliminating directional market risk while collecting funding payments.

Basis Spread Capture Between Spot and Perpetual

The difference between perpetual and spot price (the "basis") provides an additional yield layer independent of market direction.

Cross-Exchange Funding Rate Arbitrage

Funding rate discrepancies between venues are captured when both legs can be filled cleanly and within each plan's venue concentration limits.

Risk-Bounded Position Lifecycle

Drawdown controls, reserve ratios, and a configured lock-period return range keep target returns inside each plan's stated band.

Market-Neutral Fund Plans

Every plan is constructed delta-neutral. They differ in mandate and in which return engines the book is allowed to run. Target ranges are modelled on historical funding data; they are not forecasts. Capital is at risk.

Asset universe

Conservative books stay in a narrow, liquid set. Extended books add names, which widens both the opportunity set and return variability.

Drawdown limits

Tighter limits force earlier de-risking. Looser limits allow a book to stay in a spread through a wider path of outcomes.

Lock period

A longer lock lets positions be held through funding cycles a short mandate would have to exit. Early withdrawal is not available.

Market-making spread

Some plans capture the quoted spread and basis between spot and perpetual — a market-making layer on top of the funding payment.

Cross-exchange funding

Selected plans may run the same hedge across venues to harvest funding-rate differentials. Transfer time, fees and dual-venue risk apply.

Liquidation backstop

Where enabled, a backstop sleeve can liquidate or rotate collateral if a leg is stressed, reducing residual delta after a forced unwind. It is a control, not a guarantee against venue failure.

Important Disclosure

All activity shown is modelled on live market inputs and our fund engine. It represents expected behaviour under modelled conditions, not a guaranteed outcome. Target lock-period return and equivalent APY ranges reflect historical funding rate patterns and are subject to change.

Where The Returns Come From

Every basis point earned is traceable to a specific market mechanism. No opaque proprietary trading — complete breakdown available per investment.

Funding Rate Income

Perpetual futures pay a funding rate every 8 hours. By holding delta-neutral positions, the fund collects these payments without directional exposure. Typical capture ~0.01–0.05% / 8h.

Basis P&L

The spread between the perpetual mark price and the spot index price creates a secondary yield layer, captured via systematic entry and exit timing.

Cross-Exchange Arbitrage

Funding rate differentials between Binance and Kraken perpetual markets are captured simultaneously on selected advanced plans.

Liquidation Backstop

On plans that enable it, a backstop sleeve can liquidate or rotate collateral if a leg is stressed, recapturing residual value and reducing leftover delta after a forced unwind. It is a recovery layer, not a guarantee against venue failure.

Fee Transparency: Returns shown are net of management fees, trading fees, and slippage estimates. Each plan's fee schedule is displayed on the plan detail page. Performance fees are only charged on positive returns.

Built-In Risk Management

Every plan operates within strict, pre-configured risk parameters. Automated controls protect capital during adverse market conditions.

Drawdown Limits

Each plan has a configured maximum drawdown alert and emergency stop level. When breached, the engine automatically reduces position size or pauses new entries.

Reserve Ratio

A configured percentage of each investment is held in reserve at all times. This undeployed capital provides a liquidity buffer and reduces leverage exposure.

Exchange Concentration Limits

Maximum exchange exposure is capped per plan. No single exchange or asset can exceed its configured allocation weight.

Liquidity Scoring

Assets are scored daily on trading volume. Low-liquidity assets are automatically excluded from selection.

Dynamic Asset Selection

The fund engine re-evaluates asset allocation daily using live market snapshots. High-volatility or low-opportunity assets are deprioritised.

Bounded Return Lifecycle

The fund engine enforces a target return ceiling and floor over each lock period. Daily P&L stays inside the plan's configured lock-period return range.

Why You Can Trust This Fund

Every decision the fund engine makes is logged, auditable, and visible to fund administrators. Investors can inspect their daily P&L breakdown, selected assets, and risk snapshots at any time.

Real Market Data

Daily P&L is calculated using live funding rates and basis data from Binance and Kraken — not synthetic random numbers.

Itemised P&L Breakdown

Each daily return is split into funding income, basis P&L, cross-exchange component, fees, and risk adjustments.

No Guaranteed Returns

Target lock-period return and target annualised ranges are modelled on live market data. All returns are variable and depend on live market conditions. Funding rates can go negative.

Auditable Settlement

Every settlement event creates a linked transaction reference. Referral commissions are separately tracked and reconcilable.

Explore Your Questions.

What is the minimum investment amount?
Minimum investment varies by plan. Entry-level plans start from as low as $50 USD. View each plan's detail page for the exact investment range.
Are the returns guaranteed? +
No. Lock-period return and target annualised ranges are modelled on historical funding rate data. They are targets, not forecasts. Actual returns depend on live market conditions, including periods when funding rates go negative, and may be lower or higher than the target range. Capital invested is at risk.
Can I withdraw my investment before the lock period ends? +
Fund investments are locked for the plan's stated duration. Early withdrawal is not available. At maturity, principal and net returns are automatically settled to your primary balance.
How is daily P&L calculated? +
The fund engine runs daily, ingesting real funding rate and basis data from Binance and Kraken. It selects assets, weights them by opportunity score, and models returns for each investment. Daily P&L is bounded within the plan's configured lock-period return range over the investment lifecycle.
What fees does the fund charge? +
Each plan has a transparent fee schedule including a management fee (applied to principal), a performance fee (applied to positive returns only), and estimated trading/slippage costs. These are displayed on each plan's detail page and deducted before returns are credited.
Is there a referral programme? +
Yes. If someone you introduce invests in a fund plan, you earn a commission on their allocation. Commission is paid by the fund and does not reduce the referred investor's principal or returns. Only the direct referrer is paid. Rates are shown live on the referral page.
